I'm getting an error when I try to load the HeavyRebel Model. I attempted to replace the dwarf Model with the heavy rebel, and this is my error. I assume this is an exportation issue?

Error 1 Error normalizing vertex bone weights. BoneWeightCollection does not contain any weighting values. C:\Documents and Settings\fyaconiello\Desktop\DwarfTutorial\DwarfTutorial\RebelHeavy.X DwarfTutorial

I've had a crazy last week and a half, I haven't been available at all. But anyway, things seem to have calmed down a bit.

I think the direction in which cody and matt are going is best. I like the Idea of two factions, one hell bent on destroying the environment, and one full of environmentalists. It would create a more interesting storyline i think.

Polar opposites. One tiny planet. Too much firepower.
